Quarter-hour markers are luminous. Black hands with luminous fill. World-Time functions: Black & white 24 hour ring for telling AM or PM time-zones. 24 time zone (23 surrounding the bezel & the central "home time" zone). 23 place/city names (followed by a painted dot as a pointer to the time) indicates a coordinating time-zone with the UTC time in London. For the traveler - if the time needs to be changed it can be done so in 1 hour increments, so as not to necessitate resetting the minute hand. Date display at 3 o'clock. Stainless steel crown.
