While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In all cases any warranty work will be handled by Pacific Bay Watch to ensure quick and timely turn around time.
In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. However in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Pacific Bay Watch reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by Pacific Bay Watch. The warranty does not include routine maintenance, such as cleaning and battery replacement. Pacific Bay Watch will not be responsible for any shipping charges (unless otherwise arranged), or damage due to neglect or misuse of the watch.
- (Preowned) Watches
All watches sold by Pacific Bay Watch are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of at least 2 years.
While Pacific Bay Watch makes every attempt to make sure that the incidence of defects in our vintage and preowned watches are low (by servicing and overhauling every preowned watch we sell, as needed), there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In such cases, the watch will need to be returned to Pacific Bay Watch for service. Any work performed on your watch outside of Pacific Bay Watch, will be at your own expense. In addition, any service or repair performed outside of Pacific Bay Watch will result in voiding Pacific Bay Watch warranty of the watch. In the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Pacific Bay Watch reserves the right to repair the watch, as we deem necessary. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by Pacific Bay Watch.
Pacific Bay Watch will warranty every watch sold on our website for a period of 2 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program.
What's not covered: The watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limits. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty or any implied warranties.

All writing instruments sold by Pacific Bay Watch are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and in new condition, in the event a writing instrument is preowned so will be stated in the items description.
