If your purchased item is currently in stock, we will ship the item within 1-2 business days after the order is processed. You will be notified of the shipment by email or phone.

Sometimes, due to the volume of orders we receive or due to the item being on backorder, a particular item maybe be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you in a timely fashion to provide you the desired item within a pre-determined, estimated time frame or help you find another item. SHIPPING

We Ship FREE domestically using a known and reliable carrier like FedEx.
In some events items might be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the shipping location, item price and item size.

Overnight, International and special delivery might incur additional charges.

All packages are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit.

In cases where the item is over the insured limit of our regular shipping insurance policy limit we will use armored services such as Brinks, Malca Amit, and Ferrari Express. Charges apply and actual quote will be provided at the time of purchase.

Please note – due to the nature and value of the products we sell, ALL packages will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions we are not able to ship packages without requiring an adult signature.

Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high end luxury items, Pacific Bay Watch prefers to ship our products to the billing address. However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you choose to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, we will require that an “Alternate Shipping Address” be added to file with your credit card company. This is a very routine and simple process, which should take only a few minutes.

Simply call your credit card customer service and ask them to add an “Alternate Shipping Address to File” and give the representative the address you’d like to have us ship the item to. This security procedure benefits and protects both you and us from potential fraudulent orders. WARRANTY

• (New) Watches

All new watches sold by Pacific Bay Watch are guaranteed to be 100% genuine in new condition and are also guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of at least two years.

While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In all cases any warranty work will be handled by Pacific Bay Watch to insure quick and timely turn around time. In addition, Pacific Bay Watch keeps detailed sales records so that we may better answer your questions regarding past purchases (such as warranty work or insurance appraisals in the event of loss).

In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. However in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Pacific Bay Watch reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Pacific Bay Watch. The warranty does not include routine maintenance, like cleaning and battery replacement. Pacific Bay Watch will not be responsible for any shipping charges (unless otherwise arranged), or damage due to neglect or misuse of the watch.

• (Preowned) Watches

All watches sold by Pacific Bay Watch are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of at least 2 year or longer warranty depending on the watch.

While Pacific Bay Watch makes every attempt to make sure that the incidence of defects in our vintage and preowned watches are low (by servicing and overhauling every preowned watch we sell), there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In such cases, the watch will need to be returned to Pacific Bay Watch for service. Any work performed on your watch outside of Pacific Bay Watch, will be at the expense of you, the buyer. In addition, unauthorized service will result in voiding the warranty of the watch. At our discretion we might authorize some miner work but a purchase order must be obtained from Pacific Bay Watch In our experience, most warranty work requires simple only adjustments. However, in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Pacific Bay Watch reserves the right to repair the watch, as we deem necessary.
